If i have a wedding on the beach, would it seem stupid to play the wedding song as i walk down the aisle?

I'm wondering that since I'm having a wedding on the beach should I just have someone press play on a CD player with the wedding song playing or should I not have anything at all? I'm thinking it'll look goofy to walk down the aisle in silence, right? Please help!! Any reccomendations on wedding spots on the west coast of Florida?|||Music is definitely nice while you are walking down the isle! It makes the moment more emotional! What you can do if you want is to get the wedding march (or any classical slow song such as Cannon in D) played in a different instrument such as violin or harp instead of normal piano. It will add beautiful touch your beach wedding! Listen to my favorite suggestion in the link below!

|||I think you should play the wedding march. Why not? You are still walking down the isle even if it's on the beach. |||My Aunt got married on the beach with no music at all, it was beutiful.

I got married on the beach too earlier this year, and I hired a harpist. It was absolutly beautiful. We did not play the "here comes teh bride song"... we chose a diferent repertoir with alternative procesionals.

Good luck|||We were married on the beach, and we played Somewhere Over the Rainbow/What a Wonderful World by that Hawaiian man (don't know his name offhand). Truly, I didn't even hear it, as I was in a world all my own. Someone told me after the fact. I heard only the minister's and my husband's words.|||I think it will blend in.Or maybe you can have someone play a guitar with a solo that you guys like.Congrats.|||I had a wedding one the beach and had music played by our DJ! I didn't play the tradition songs but I still had music. My hubby how ever wanted to walk down in silence and have the waves crashing on the sand as his music.

It was very nice and it all up to what you two really want to do. I have been to several wedding and truthfully couldn't tell you what was played and by who. I do remember one wedding having the bag pipes being played. It fit the couple and there personality.

Make it your own and do something you two will enjoy add your personality to it and make it memorable. Every one was so delighted at our choice (it was from Metalica) but the orchestra version. My hubby loves the band and we found two songs I like! Of course most of our older guest had no idea who they were, but thought the songs were so beautiful and thought the were unique like us.
