Under what circumstances does someone NOT have the right to silence?

1. You are not being accused of a crime.





2. You are accused of a crime and granted immunity by the judge.





3. You are a material witness to a crime, you do not wish to testify, and a judge orders you to testify.|||Silence isn't a right.|||no one or thing can make you talk sept u!! F@$% The Police!!
