When police arrest you and tell you your right what is the name of that right?

you have the right to remain silence.....|||It's the Miranda rights.





And it has nothing to do with the riot act.|||You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney present during questioning. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you. Do you understand these rights?
